Vintage Horns & Oddities!

These horns are for sale!

Japanese "War Tubas" (Acoustic Locators); 1930's

Before radar was invented/widely used (WWII), this is how the Japanese located aircraft in their skies. They are not in fact tubas, but do bear a striking resemblance. It would be fun to stick a mouthpiece into it and blow for all you're worth, wouldn't it?
Blessing Super Artist #43XXX
The same model horn played by jazz trumpeter Clifford Brown! (built 1947, note the underslung 3rd slide ring). For sale, make offer! (SOLD!)

Recent relacquer. (Not performed by The Broken Note).
